We provide an excellent education in a welcoming and safe environment, respecting each child’s development and abilities.
Our priority and primary mission is the children’s happiness, combined with an excellent education.
To that end, we offer high-quality services, particularly in the areas of education, play, nutrition, hygiene, comfort, sports, care, and well-being. We believe that the quality of a child’s education and development has a positive influence on their life, and that it is our responsibility to create welcoming and safe environments for all children, with dedicated teachers who inspire young minds to explore, create, and maximize each child’s learning potential. We aim to foster and maintain an excellent relationship and collaboration between the School and the Family regarding the children’s education and learning, so as to encourage regular involvement and participation by parents and guardians in the School’s activities.
We also place great value on strong coordination between preschool and the first cycle of elementary school, in order to ensure that the curriculum and teaching practices are aligned with the child’s development.

Pre-school

School Calendar
We are open year-round, except on national holidays, Carnival Day, and December 24 and 31.
The school calendar at Externato O Pintainho follows the calendar established by the Ministry of Education.

Educational Project
The Educational Project is the document that sets forth the school’s educational guidelines; it is drafted and approved by the school’s administrative and management bodies for a three-year period and outlines the principles, values, goals, and strategies through which the school intends to fulfill its educational mission.
